  • Pthotocopy of Original birth Certificate of the student issued by the Municipal Government Authorities
  • Two Passpost size photographs.
  • Photocopy of Progress/Report card of previous school.(if applicable)
  • Original School Leaving Certificate.(if applicable)
  • Fitness/Health Certificate.(Health Card/ AadharCard)
  • Photocopy of Cast Certificate(if applicable)
